Horrible billing with "new" system

Ever since Central Hudson updated their billing system, it's been a nightmare keeping track of my bills. Having a residence as well as a business account with them, it's an ongoing NIGHTMARE.

I get paper bills in the mail with an amount and date my checking account will be auto-debited. However, on the stated date, it's NOT the amount shown on my bill . . .

or it ISN'T auto debited on the date stated on the bill.

Multiple calls to CH offer a weak apology and "they're working on it". Working on it for 3 months?

If a real business operated their Accounting in the same fashion, they'd be BROKE by now.

Get your act together, CentralHudson!!!! I should get one month's FREE electricity for all the headache your billing has given me (and I see no end in site).
